“Saskatoon is a city on the rise, characterized by a unique blend of historic charm and modern development,” said James Ramsay, EVP of The Agency’s Franchise Division. “With some of the most desirable river properties in Canada and a thriving market, it’s a perfect fit for our expansion.”

The firm’s Founder and CEO, Mauricio Umansky, noted that Saskatoon’s diverse neighborhoods and growing demand make it an ideal market. “The Agency Saskatoon is set to become a key player in one of Canada’s most dynamic real estate markets, offering clients the level of service and expertise that The Agency is known for worldwide.”

In 2024 alone, The Agency has opened 27 new offices, expanding its footprint to over 125 locations across 12 countries. The company has been recognized by The Financial Times as one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies and has maintained a presence on the Inc. 5000 list for seven consecutive years.

Locally, both Jonathan and Dimitri Katsiris bring seasoned expertise to the new office. “Growing up in Saskatoon has given us a deep understanding of the local market and its nuances,” said Jonathan. “We’re excited to offer a full-service experience to a wide range of clients — from young families to luxury buyers.”

“The demand for properties in Saskatoon continues to rise, and we are well-positioned to help clients navigate this dynamic landscape,” added Dimitri. “The Agency’s brand, tools, and philosophy will raise the bar in this market.”

The Agency Saskatoon is located at 209 19th Street West, Saskatoon, SK, S7M1M5.
